Giving Mummy a CuddleOops, I almost forgot that I had a web site. I hope no one has been missing me too much! Let me see, what's news?

Well, I'm starting to move around quite a bit now. I haven't got onto crawling yet, but I can hold myself in the crawling position for a few seconds. I'm not too sure about this whole crawling thing anyway, why should I bother moving when I've got two perfectly good parents to hold me and carry me from place to place. Still, I can get from sitting to lying on my front, and I can squirm backwards and round and round in circles. If Mummy and Daddy put me on a towel I can be off it within a minute, which isn't too bad I thought.

All of us.Mummy and Daddy are still trying to give me solids every day, but I'm not too keen on them. It's no where near as nice as milk. I've also got a bit of a pain in my mouth, which makes me not want to eat 'big-person's food'. Well, I don't like to eat it, but I love to grab the spoon and the container and spread it all around the room. Mummy and Daddy don't seem too keen on that however.

I'm writing this from our new home. We all moved in two days ago, from our flat. Mummy owns this place, which means that I can pooh everywhere, and it won't matter. Well that's what I think anyway. Mummy seems to think that it means that I can't pooh anywhere. Nevermind, I did it anyway this morning. The new home is really cool. I've got my own room still, but it's a room for a big boy - I can tell, because it's across the hall from Mummy and Daddy's room. It's got a big yard out the back, and a garden, and I'm looking forward to being out there once I'm a bit more mobile.

Sitting on Granddad's chair.Moving was really fun. Daddy drove this big truck, and we packed everything up into boxes and then Daddy's friends all came around and put all the boxes in the truck, and then took it to the new place, and then unloaded the stuff and carried it all the way up the steps. It took them a long time, but then they spent a lot of time complaining about all the steps! I helped out by keeping Mummy entertained all day.

Me with SantaToday we're off up to Wellington for Christmas. I'm not quite sure what that is, but I understand I'm going to be given lots of stuff, and not have to give any stuff in return. I'm quite looking forward to it. I've already met this guy called Santa, he was OK. I saw him riding around on a motor scooter later that day giving out parking tickets, so I think he job shares or something.

After that we're off to Nelson for a while to be with Granddad McMillan. I'm not sure about all this travelling, especially since we're going in a boat to get there. Oh well, I guess we'll see. I hope I don't get sea sick. While we are away Mummy and Daddy's friends, Brooke and Renee are staying in the house, looking after things and making sure no one comes in and steals my toys!

Anyway, I'll let you all know how the whole holiday thing goes when we get back. Merry Xmas and Happy New Year.
